1. Expect this rally to burst in next 12-18 months,
2. Parabolic move in chips so similar to action near end of internet bubble,
3. Decline in earnings will be more than the late 1990s,
4. Major correction between now and October,
5. Could see Q4 rally,

Past 17 Years: 15%
100-Year Average: 6.5%
