又为搬去给女儿做邻居省了一块砖

呵呵，今年第一场雪来了。等加完班回家路上，天空飘起了雪花。到家领导就喊开了：中午饭吃馒头。我准备蒸两锅。晚上去你酒友家包饺子，我就带馒头过去。你看下雪了，今天你不钓鱼有空，地里还没收完的雪里红是不是收了放冻箱里？

好吧，就按领导吩咐，穿上棉袄，十分钟就收割完毕。不少，十几斤呢。

先揪了老的杆子黄的叶子，水泡洗净泥沙。然后开水里烫五分钟，再凉水冲一下。切细，两手再挤一挤水分。分袋包装，放冻箱里（今秋鱼钓得不多，还有空间）。吃的时候拿出来解冻，油锅里放切细的干辣椒炸得开始发黑，就放进去炒，最后加盐，混炒好的肉末。这道菜我家领导还是很喜欢的，说有股淡淡的清香。（以往我用来做咸菜，味道其实更好，尤其春季的雪里红，因为没有秋季的这么粗壮，腌出来的咸菜金黄色，香味也浓很多。）

这是今年最后一把菜园子的收获。蒜头埋进去了，要到明年四五月份才有蒜苗吃。好在冻箱里储备了十几斤荠菜，十几斤红辣椒，十几斤苦瓜，十几斤雪里红，还有20-30斤晒干的豇豆和20-30斤鱼，这个冬天又不怕通货膨胀了。

昨天的钓鱼场景。一位渔友没带水靴，而鱼在很远的深水，他就岸上覌，给我们拍照了。
