read your lease very careful. I had a lawyer tenant, she did break the lease, she gave a list of people that she showed property to and she stated that somebody was ready and willing to rent the property. I didn't chase down her, I let it go. And a lot of times tenants will call health department before they broke the lease. and last year one young mother said she will join the army but never showed any paper work to me. Contract is contract it is very hard to break. Good luck!!
