租客小孩铅中毒

今天有个朋友打电话来，说他的租客小孩铅中毒，要他给租客赔一百万美元，要不就会上法庭。 朋友的出租房是1977年建的，租客进来以前，也有签EPA lead statement.有谁有过这方面的经历？？？ 十万火急!!!!
