谢谢SR99。为什么人们不租給有过Bankruptcy的人？

古石现在正在考虑的一个租客就在2005年File了 Bankruptcy的。

他说是被别人骗钱了。现在的Credit Score也在710分以上。
古石正考虑租给他们呢。有其他的地方要注意吗？
