I did some more research on this. It seems that bankruptcy can only wipe out any debt that incured before they filed bankruptcy. If they want to stay in your place, they have to keep their rent current. Otherwise, you can still evict them because any rent due now is new debt and is not protected by the bankruptcy.
I suggest that you consult some lawyer. Also try to talk to your tenants. They don't have many options. They wouldn't be able to buy a house. Other landlords wouldn't rent to them if they have a bankruptcy and eviction on their record.
