搬家还是不搬？

老公在另外一个城市找到一份工作，薪水比现在高，主要是一个manager的位置，对他事业发展很有好处。我的专业到那里也会找到很好的工作，应该会比现在好。如果从工作角度讲，根本不用犹豫。但是这房子闹得，不知该怎么办。
房子是房价最高时买的，房价又是上M的，我们这里跌得还不算太凶，但算上agent fee，如果卖，20万就亏出去了。你说，这工薪阶层，得多少年才能攒出20万呢。这些年因为月付高，基本没攒下钱，到新的地方，没有downpay，也买不了房子，想想从大房子又要搬回窄小的apartment，心里就不是滋味。而且新地方，房价也是贵得很，几年之内都买不起房了。
如果出租，每个月要贴近2000多刀，还不算空置和税务上的损失，也不知道这房市什么时候再能再回来。别是撑了多年，一个意外，又得卖房，就得不偿失了。好处是，如果能撑下来，老了能在一个很好的地方有套退休房，孩子们不定将来又回来上大学，也有个地方。不过这hold的代价也真高。
老公倾向于一了百了，take loss，重新开始。做女人的总是不舍。想得头都裂了。
还有孩子们，学校和各种课余班都安排得好好的。一听搬家，就哭，比这个当妈的还伤心。不过他们毕竟还小，根不深。主要不知房子怎么处理。
