你知道money supply定义是啥吗？

作为曾经的经济学专业，我可以确定的说，不管是M1，还是M2，还是其他任何"money in circulation"的定义，都是本国货币的流通量，对于美元这种国际货币，其实没多少意义，因为在美国以外的流通着大量美元，这些美元是否回流美国直接影响美国的货币总量，不用套money velocity了，从一开始的M就是错的, 导致整个思考过程就是在刻舟求剑。

The M2 calculation focuses on the money supply within the US economy, meaning it tracks the money held by individuals and businesses within the US banking system, not money held by US citizens or institutions outside the country.
