作为曾经的经济学专业，我可以确定的说，不管是M1，还是M2，还是其他任何"money in circulation"的定义，都是本国货币的流通量，对于美元这种国际货币，其实没多少意义，因为在美国以外的流通着大量美元，这些美元是否回流美国直接影响美国的货币总量，不用套money velocity了，从一开始的M就是错的, 导致整个思考过程就是在刻舟求剑。
