buying a second home : on a slope with an angle of 7 degree, there is a stream flowing across lot -- the closest point to house is 5 meters. origin of the stream is a 10 to 20 acre wet land that is 0.5 miles away from house, thus the stream is not big. It is 2 meter wide and never cause problems to house according to sellers.
Please advise. Thanks a lot.
advice needed for house, many thanks.
