刚在看condo hoa的文件,看到该unit还欠hoa的钱,又查了bank让填的文件,说是要proration。这怎么prorate? 从bank对这个unit有title起之后所欠费用对分还是银行应该负责? 我怎么觉得应该是银行负责呢?
还有,bank own这个unit以前的欠款谁来负?hoa自己内部消化?
