请问怎样get out of contract

谢谢昨天大家热心回复。

那栋房子我们终于决定不要了。现在不知道什么样的方式算是正式解除contract. 我们make offer 的时候用了一个表格。 解除contract有什么表格可以用吗？

有点怕他们不还我们的ernest money.

请有经验的网友出出主意。_(&)
