1. Please review the rent application, lease form one more time to see every term is solid. Is yourself or PM prepared the lease contract?
2. Do you have all written record for electricity complain communcation and repair work done? Would you mind to explain the detail electricy problem here? Does the "several people" PM sent over have the license?
3. Does your PM firm have lawyer or paralegal itself or you have to find one own?
4. In this situation, you'd better to hire a lawyer for it, especially if that woman has one. I think if you win, she shall pay your lawyer fee;
5. I don't think PM can represent you in the court. Please check with JY.
