Thanks. Yes, the sale contract has written something similar to legal descriptions regarding the property. My lawer told me that the descriptions are with error. Legal descriptions for a property should include starting point, length of each side with direction. But the descriptions on the contract have starting point,lengths of sides without direction(i.e, 100by41by21by16by66by51).
