Do you mean I don't use his last month's rent which I already have now, instead I immediately service 3-day notice to pay or quit tomorrow? Then if he still doesn't pay after 3-day period, I go to small claim's court to start eviction? Or should I start eviction now?
Thanks big landlord for your big support! That gives us the small landlord confidence to fight with that ***** tenant.
