回国工作是一个选择吗

在美国乡下呆的烦也厌倦了美国生活，小孩也上大学了，一直想回国。最近找到了一个国内的药企工作，职位是vp,收入和我在美国差不多。挺动心的，只是老婆不想回去工作。
