请教，下个星期三要上法庭投诉房客，昨天接到法庭的电话

说房客寄了一张支票给法庭，现在法庭已经把支票寄往我这里。问题是这个房客以往付给我的房租支票都没有兑现，我猜她想拖延时间。现在我应该怎么办？估计周五我才能收到法庭转寄的check.
