明天closing,以下是closing cost：
Settlement Fee: $500 ---过高，cash deal max. 200
Abstract or Title Search: $100 --差不多 - agree
Title Insurance: $725---根据房价，可能差不多 - agree
Tax and Lien search: $305---没听说过，不是含在tittle search吗？- Agree, must be double charged
Estoppel Letter Fee: $75-----没听说过, - is this escrow?
Association Account Setup: $200-------没听说过 - Depends on HOAs, My has the same fee, HOA need money, :-)
Dec HOA Fee Master: $164----什么意思？December HOA?如果是该你付 - Some property has two HOAs(may be some has more?) My house has two HOAs, one is the subdivision I am in and the other is the master HOA that has several subdivisions under it, including mine.

Recording Fee: $18.50---差不多 - Nothing, should not be think about it.

State Tax/Stamps: Revenue stamps: $910---该你付 - yes, you can not escape this one, this is the uncle sams' share - not really, but the state or county share.
