明天closing,以下是closing cost：
Settlement Fee: $500 ---过高，cash deal max. 200
Abstract or Title Search: $100 --差不多
Title Insurance: $725---根据房价，可能差不多
Tax and Lien search: $305---没听说过，不是含在tittle search吗？
Estoppel Letter Fee: $75-----没听说过
Association Account Setup: $200-------没听说过
Dec HOA Fee Master: $164----什么意思？December HOA?如果是该你付
Recording Fee: $18.50---差不多
State Tax/Stamps: Revenue stamps: $910---该你付
