I bought a property in auction sale on 11/3, but there is a family living there. I contact the leasing agent who leased the property before. The leasing agent gave me three options:
1): Give his tenant 2 weeks to find a new place to live
2): Honor the existing lease agreement, but he want to manage our property to get 8% rent
3): He told me that there is new laws to allow tenents to live in foreclosured house for three months free.
Any suggestion about my situation? Is that true to give tenents living free for 3 months? I'm sick fo this if this is true. We spoke to the tenants. Both hu*****and and wife have a good job, they seem very nice, but not their leasing agent. The agent tried to blackmail/boss me how to do this
existing tenent issue after auction sale

It all depends on what you want to do with the property.
