我们找的这个中介再三说不让他的broker知道rebate这件事情。他有熟悉的律师，让这个律师先把钱分了，然后把属于他自己的1/3转到broker那里，另外的2/3放到我们的账户里。这样他的broker也不会知道我们的2/3这件事情。是这样吗？
