急问va_landlord等，关于地产中介的commission rebates

又和那个地产中介见了面，他说他会把我们的2/3部分在进入他们broker之前，先让律师把这部分钱化到我们的账户，或者帮助closing cost, 或者做为downpay. 这样的话，我们就不用为这笔钱交税了。

请问他的这种做法可行吗？谢谢。
