Your agent's both suggestions is to make your offer competitive. You shall even make clos escorw in 29 or 28 days. If you really can't close by that time, you can just ask extension or pay per diem, $100~$200 per day. Comparing you want to get the deal, that is small amount.

But removal all contingencies in 5 days is a little bit tight. How about in 10 days?
