需要现金怎么办呢？

目前现金短缺，日常生活都不够付的，本来是计划卖股票填gap的，但股票都是AI股，涨得太好， 卖了太可惜了。想了几种办法：

1）529可以取10K per year for k-12 tuition;

2) 401K可以只放到match amount。我们在24% tax bracket, 预期退休后也差不多，所以401K不用max了，能多两万块。

3）2022买的自住房，DTI已经借到顶了。HELOC可以问问但可能借不出多少。
