• 第4列和第6列分别是相应的年复利百分比， 共11.75年
• 三倍杠杆是指首付25%，贷款75%，一般投资房的标配

就算是倒数第一名的Houma-Thibodaux LA，若用3倍杠杆的话，只房价增值收益年复利都有15.6%，应该碾压同时期的标普五百指数。

以上只是增值，不包括租金利润。
