401K里不能买 Bond Investments，我吃过亏（有图有真相）

我曾经吃了2次亏

第一次是2008年左右，其实那时我401K里没有多少钱，但我觉得股市会跌，于是糊里糊涂地买了一个bond的fund，巧就巧在我买的那个bond fund 的机构破产了，我的fund被冻结了一年多，好像一开始给了60%，后来增加到80%，最后大概到了99%，几乎没亏钱，但是就是资产冻结不能动，所以没办法股市低的时候进场

再就是2021年我又糊里糊涂买了bond 结果发现bond 也TMD跌，气死人了！
