我的房子超过15年房龄，房子在Trust下面，不是under公司或是LLC，那就是受AB1482保护吧？我之前签约时并没有给你说的那个Notice about "exemption of property ", 我明年续约时可以补上吗？受保护的话，我一直都拿不回来？（如果不欠租），那我还是可以涨5%租金吧？（最多可以涨多少？想说涨超过市价他有可能自己搬走？）再次感谢
