今天周二，刚刚划走$19917，买的是$20000元的债卷面值。

（2000-19917）/ 19917= 0.416% return every four weeks.  

一年有13个四星期，

0.416% * 13 = 5.4% !   
 

你连续四周买四星期到期的T-bill, 到期自动续，这就是ladder，每周有1/4的总款到期。每个月整个存款就可以拿出来用。谁还去存半年一年的CD？
