关于蚊子腿上的肉，要大腿还是小腿肉？

现在T-Bill 半年的利息有5点多，利息又不用交联邦税，为什么还有人买一年4点多、5点的CD呢，或者这么说吧，银行的CD怎么还卖得出去呢？有一年的闲钱可以半年到期的T-Bill 再续半年不是更合算吗？有懂行的说说看。
