谢谢大家的回复, 我问他为什么有这个eviction civil dismissal, 他说是因为他国外出差两星期, 网上付房租选错了银行. 
 
There was one instance when I was out of the country on a business trip for two weeks.  I paid the rent online and chose the wrong bank account by mistake. When I got back a week, Later I learned about the mistake and paid it immediately.
