900k sounds very competitive

Otherwise for a hose 4000sf, remodel cost can be easily over 1m. take it if 900k. General contractor? includes landscape, outside painting?

Those talking about rebuild are not in Bay Area. Rebuild cost you more than 1m, can be 1.3-1.5m.

After remodel, my guess is your house will be worth 4-7m, depend on location.
