请问efile eviction 后housing court通知去mediation

在麻省: lease二月底到期, 请律师efile eviction 了, housing court 给通知下周去zoom上mediation, 请问有人知道怎样应对吗？

是不是court调解:比如房客交租, 房主宽限一两个月之类的。房客今年完全没交租,我想让她尽快走。

是否可以不接受调解？如果我不接受mediation, court会不会当场定eviction 成立or not？ 还是重新排队等trial date for eviction? 这样又会再拖两个月。
