如果reach a settlement such as 月底搬走， 如果她不走， 是不是又要排队等court trial date?  然后这个date去上庭等judge判？如果我不愿意mediation 时接受任何agreement, 是不是直接排队等court trial date? 我请教律师, 还没回音, 想和律师谈之前心里有点数。
