请问有经验的大侠,如果 Section 8 tenant

有drug dealing or using 的问题,而我的合同里有没有说明一旦发现证据可以evict租客,这种情况可以通过 Housing authority 直接中断合同然后evict 租客吗?

这个网站(https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2001/05/24/01-12840/screening-and-eviction-for-drug-abuse-and-other-criminal-activity)说“section 8(d) mandates that program leases “shall provide” that “any drug-related criminal activity” on or near the premises by a covered person during the term of the lease is grounds for termination of tenancy (42 U.S.C. 1437f(d)(1)(B)(iii)). ”

但这个是说program leases shall provide... 我的合同里没有提这事。 最后的链接是“THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARETHE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE“
