请问有经验的大侠，如果 Section 8 tenant

有drug dealing or using 的问题，而我的合同里有没有说明一旦发现证据可以evict租客，这种情况可以通过 Housing authority 直接中断合同然后evict 租客吗？

但这个是说program leases shall provide... 我的合同里没有提这事。 最后的链接是“THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARETHE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE“
