通常我们把depreciation recapture这个术语用烂了

真正的depreciation recapture应该是普通税率，包括Section 1245 Depreciation Recapture。

而Unrecaptured Section 1250 Gain是普通税率，但不超过25%。我们通常说的Depreciation Recapture都是指这个，尽管这是不正确的叫法。
