汇报一下，今天的hearing又开不成了。。hoa人数总是到不了quorum。。

我就没见过这个小区哪次开过hoa meeting（hearing是其中一个环节）。

另外，我的房子门口就有两个guest parking车位，但是其中一个长期被邻居家占（邻居家有残疾的儿子），出于道德考虑，我们再纠结要不要和hoa指出这个邻居长期霸占的情况。。要么还是算了，不要单独指出这个邻居为好
