热水器漏水的问题-详情见内，谢谢

我三个月前装了一个新的热水器，这三个月没注意热水器会不会漏水。上星期出门玩，我关了自来水管开关。 过了一星期回来后发现热水器上的冷水管漏水。 水漏得很慢，我包上纸巾测，一天下来，大概三根手指宽的纸巾会潮。只有冷水管漏水， 热水管不漏水。请问，这有可能是什么问题？ 是安装时有问题吗？谢谢！
