就是继续push 你的agent-listing agent和seller打交道，让seller给修，我觉得这个事已经到了这个地步，seller不应该是想take it back。其他lender会有同样的要求，所以seller早晚要修。
要等不及或者你自己放弃，找别的房子。有的是。
