多谢回贴. 我们的贷款申请已经CLEAR 了. 但是不能CLOSING. 原因是对方不是city sewing. 而他的私人sewing不合格.拿不到TOWN 里面的合格证明.没有这个证明贷款公司就不同意CLOSING.因为那不合法. 就象烟雾DETECTOR 一样.也就是说我们拿不到LOAN.没有CLOSING之前我们当燃是不能去修, 但SELLER 看起来又不想修. 事情就卡在这里.

怎么办啊?
