周一要把zoning　variance　申请递上去。然后又hearing。不想请律师了。自己做。要写个开场白ｎａｒｒａｔｉｖｅ。就是要干什么，为啥人家要批准。

英文好的帮我看看。

The building on ｘｘｘｘｘ consists of two parts: a semi-detached, two-story, single-family home and a semi-detached one-story flat space, which was used as a retail store.

The building is located in a quiet residential area and it does not seem a commercial store will fit in the neighborhood any more.

To maintain the integrity of how the neighborhood looks, I request to convert the one story semi-detached flat space into a two-bedroom residential dwelling. Furthermore, after converting the flat into a residential dwelling, I would like to subdivide the two dwellings into two separate parcels.
