farm事情真是不懂啊，又有问题了

话说那个有三个小房子的property，再我还没搞清楚能否加建等等就不见了。其实那个还是我很喜欢的，上面三个是小的A frame房子，我特别喜欢A frame，虽然破旧，倒是正好拿来做装修玩。现在没有了，只能看自己手里有的，看看能否在农场建一个，有卖 Aframe那种kit的，三五万到10几万都有。打电话到county，结果他们说，本来我们这里没有zone，想建啥就建啥，从下个月开始，有新的zoning 规定开始了，一个parcel只能有一个main house，和一个ADU （不能超过一定大小的）， 我要建，就要分Lots建，现在最低是每个Lots 0.75亩，那我可以分出十几个呢，

现在最多还有一个月，要拿一个permit在自己地理建一个是来不及了。

我是不是应该现在干脆分好十几个Lots，做好development Plan，然后自己挑一个建一个我喜欢的Aframe在上面呢？做develop计划找谁做？里面要计划建道路，规避各种setback，easement等等，找septic区域，？建筑师？从来没有做过社区规划
