那个替我做heat shield 的contractor 和房客直接联系去看了fireplace. 公司的owner 叫rick, 公关做的真好。我的房客对他赞不绝口。说他去了。人特别professional, 特别好，仔细检查了，也照了照片。说fireplace is safe to use, we just need to do routine maintenance and routine cleaning. 总之这个人公关做的特别好。让房客对他印象极佳。忘记她自己以前找的contactor说这个fireplace 需要修理。告诉我，不用担心。每年清理就行了。她雇的那个contractor只是想做项目。我告诉房客。口头的都不做事。我需要一个书面检查报告，报告中state the fireplace is safe to use. 房客说她给这个rick 发邮件。下面是房客的邮件，但这个人还没回。问题是他如果出这么一个报告。我该咋办。我手头其他两个报告都是fireplace not safe to use (一个是房客自己请的contractor，一个是我请的)

Hi Rick,
As we spoke on Tuesday regarding the fireplace inspection, I want to make sure Ellen gets a follow up inspection report emailed to her and that you confirm to her that the fireplace is fine to use. It may need maintenance and cleaning each year. Thank you for checking the two smoke guards/shields. The 2 seem to work great now.  If needed I will purchase a third smoke shield.
Any other details had to your report.
