New requirement for landlords to own 5-10 properties

If you want to finance 5th to 10th properties(1-4 units)

1)The lenders will request 30% down payment now for refi, 25% for purchase(30% for 2-4 units)

2)credit score should be over 720.

3)PITI reserve should be 6 months for subject property and other
financed properties.
