Natural immunity = more people will die.

Look, if you prefer more people die and save the economy, just say so.  We are open for debate. 

Mandate is not working because a lot of people/state refuse to follow it. 

Bad economy won't kill people if there are sufficient temporary social safety net. Either the economy is there to support the people or the people live or die for the economy.
