The mandate is not working

The effect of vaccine is still very debatable. And natural immute is still a thing. Look at India. If you look at Isarel and UK, they are highly vaccined. However, cases are still high. 

Sometimes, you cannot violate nature's law. 

What government is doing now is too kill all the small businesses. As the result, the numbers of people may die because of government policy would be more than they die because of virus.
