heater不加热怎么回事

这几天真是祸不单行，今天一租客text说heater不工作了。过去一看，heater的pilot还亮着，但就是把温度调高后，整个火苗燃不起来，所以不加热。这个heater是去年10月底刚买的新的。cozy heater，VC351c。用天然气。请问谁有经验知道可能的原因吗?谢谢。
