刚有空回来看了下面我的帖子 关于租Airbnb 的 我是这么想的

1） 朋友是长租 一次签两年 他想签三年我不同意 因为三年不提价我太吃亏

2）  他怎么再出租出去我就不管了。所以应该是便宜点 让他也赚些钱

3）其实我是担心他的。万一租不出去怎么办？而且新房子什么都没有，他是不是需要自己买冰箱 洗衣机烘干机 家具放进去？

4）也许我担心的是多余。朋友做房地产很多年了 手里很多房子 总有能租出去的 总是赚钱的吧？反正他说“business is business " 会按时付我钱，我也不用操心了。少赚两百也是应该的。

5）有的朋友说这样毁房子。但是这样不是应该对房子好吗？我们出去旅游住Airbnb  都是打理的很好很干净的。
