I totally agree with "买房子需要缘分". My hu*****and and I don't like to bid on houses and compete with other people. We thought now it's buyer's market(as all the press and people around us say). But it's not the case. Anyway, our house hunting will keep on going.

BTW, I'm very happy for you and your wife to find a dream house in Arcadia. It's one of the best cities around SGV. Enjoy your new home!!
