我是loan agent...

我诚心诚意帮客人服务, 但利率持续下降时, 我如何做, 如何压力大---我不是人
利率上升时, 锁了利率的客人开心啊... ---我是世界上最好的好人???

loan agent 也是一份工作, 只要凭心待人, 我希望我也可以有一份稳定的收入, 一个开心的工作环境. 但不是这样的...

贷款市场, 金钱与金钱的计较, 就因为高0.125, 客人根本不管他有没有跟你有Commitment锁定利率---照走---而且还振振有词的讲"我是找对我的best interest", "我已经给你机会给我降利息, 你降不了, 我也没办法...". 不是一天的利率, 有怎么比呢???
